I had recently moved into my house and the lounge only had underfloor heating which was very expensive and not particularly effective. I asked Rob if he could install a radiator for me and also change the thermostat valves on some of the existing radiators. He came round and gave me an estimate of the cost, how long it would take and arranged an appointed time. Rob turned up on the due day and took approximately two to three hours to complete the job. He was very thorough in his work, checking and re-checking to ensure everything was alright and he charged me the amount quoted in his estimate. I found Rob to be very reliable – turning up when he said he would. He was skilled – the work he did was neat, effective and he did exactly what I asked him to do. He was good value for money – I felt it was a realistic price for the work carried out. He was polite and well mannered.
